For O2 contract users:
We would like to inform our users of an important announcement affecting some O2 contracts. The users who sign O2 monthly contract AFTER 27th April 2007 cannot make FREE calls through 0844 numbers anymore as all 08xx numbers are not included in the monthly from minutes for the O2 new customers.
For Customers who have connected or upgraded to a Pay Monthly plan BEFORE 27th April 2007, our 0844 access numbers will still be charged as for standard UK landlines (01 & 02 numbers), that is, you can still enjoy your FREE calls if you stay with your old O2 contract.

For T-mobile contract users:
T-Mobile announced plans to change the way it treats calls to 07744 & 07755 access numbers. This change means calls to 07744 & 07755 access numbers will no longer be included in their bundles of cross network minutes from 1st June 2007. Instead, calls will be charged from this date at a flat rate of 12p a minute.
Orange contract users can still enjoy free international calls via 07744 787 828.
